As first time home buyers, we weren't sure what to expect from our realtor; well, Michelle EXCEEDED our wildest expectations! Right off the bat, she was available for communication and responded with speed to our questions and concerns. As we were naive to how the real estate process works, she put us at ease with sharing her knowledge and recommendations when choosing a price range. When viewing homes, she allowed us to explore each and raise questions without being intrusive, however, she was sure to point out qualities that would be deemed as a good or bad investment if we overlooked it. As a long time local, she was incredibly informative about the city of GJ as well as each subdivision we visited, the school system, and nearby restaurants and activities. Since we were coming from out of town to view homes, she arranged her schedule in order to accommodate ours which made us feel so well looked after. Once we chose our home, she made the painstaking process a breeze! She handled all the logistics, and we basically had to sign on the line! Not only did she handle herself professionally when dealing with some issues with the seller, but she was sure to not let this frustrate us or put a damper on this exciting, albeit stressful, process. Even after closing, she has been an absolute life line in helping us connect with wonderful locals to address updates and repairs. Michelle is a motivated, honest, and vivacious realtor that comes out feeling more like a friend. We give her 6 out of 5 stars!
